If you want to know what’s missing from the HR-HCM-Recruiting universe, it’s the use of visualization tools. With millions of data elements, we do little to make our searches easier. We seem to like the primitive “burn down the haystack to find the needle” approach. In the not so distant future, the data will be visualized.
