		<description>Nice recap and thoughts on this John.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;My real disappointment in this is SHRM&#039;s governorship over the process. They weren&#039;t designed to oversee a TLD and it has shown. I would have given them credit for at least trying if they weren&#039;t so overtly non-transparent about the entire process. Balancing the desires of 250,000+ members isn&#039;t easy but doing it in a way that encourages transparency and accountability seems like a bare minimum. In this regards, they&#039;ve failed miserably. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I always assumed Employ Media would try to find a way to maximize their profit in their involvement with .jobs whether that be within the original charter or not. What is surprising is that it has made it this far along in the process with the blessing of SHRM. Hopefully ICANN has the good sense to reject the amendment.</description>
