		<description><![CDATA[Heather - I think you&#039;re dead on with this post. The biggest point that hits home for me is to have a relationship with your Employment Attorney. If everything is always problem oriented, then it&#039;s not much of a relationship. I look to our attorney as a resource, not a &quot;problem solver.&quot; We work together as a team from an advice standpoint - he&#039;ll even call for my HR perspective !! - as well as handling potential situations. I also look for business opportunities for him, and his firm, to work with other companies because he&#039;s such a great resource !! Your points on addressing Team Member issues as they arise is excellent. Too often things are either &quot;dealt with&quot; or ignored until they blossom. It&#039;s so much more effective to address things as they occur. Might be messy, but it&#039;s worth it. Thanks for the insight !!]]></description>
