    Today on HFChat we flipped the paradigm and discussed how career seekers could leverage mobile technology in their job search.  Ray Anne Thorn hosted our Twitter chat.  Recruiters are looking for candidates.  Candidates are going straight to the company’s mobile site-sometimes by passing recruiters.  Candidates are also connecting with recruiters via mobile like never before.  It is a circular phenomena.
