I think it’s critical we understand these rights, as we get ourselves immersed in a social world where pictures, videos, comments of you can pop up at anytime, anywhere.  As enterprises go social, privacy is a big issue, as your professional reputation (in additional to your personal life) is at risk of being exposed in inappropriate ways.
