I am afraid however that HR usually is pretty conservative. &lt;br&gt;Besides this Enterprise 2.0, which I think is very much related to this vision, has a lot to do with understanding what social media is about. That is a hell of a lot more than having your profile on Linkedin in and have a blog. &lt;br&gt;This week I visited a client and discussed the HR challenges as expressed above. HR is about innovation and results, via (globally online) collaborating engaged talents.  She informed me that HR was not involved in exploring this type of collaboration. Social Media was taken care of by recruitment. Well OK you have to start somewhere, however ........... may we have to wait until gen Y takes over in HR.&lt;br&gt;Meanwhile I will continue enjoying articels like these, sending my message, offering help and writing my blogs about HR in a changing world.</description>
