Jason Alba is the founder of JibberJobber, a CRM tool for job hunters. The tool allows job hunters to track jobs, companies, connections and personal relationships. Alba, a software executive and networker, is one of the pioneers of the use of social media as a job hunting tool. His current successes are directly related to being laid off in 2006. It enabled him to apply his web software background directly to the problem of the job search.
