I love this post, for sure showing vulnerability creates willingness - from my experience at least.]]></description>

I personally love talking about my failures (and I have plenty) not just because others can learn but because the rehash and the talking out loud helps me to realize things in hindsight.


But one big disagreement. Pretzel M&amp;Ms are delicious. Who doesn&#039;t love salty and sweet. You&#039;re way off base there.  Yeah, I said it.]]></description>
