<description>Some wise people have said - a man makes progress if he marries a woman from a better family, and a woman gets security and dignity if she marries a rising star from a family that&#039;s just a little beneath hers. If we don&#039;t get entangled in our own thoughts of life, marriage and gender, this could be a good rule for hiring too. The problem is an over indulgence in where to look, how to look, and what attributes to look for. In marriage as well as in hiring. Never a theory or a maxim to guide us beyond. Even if different from the one I mention. Regards, Parag http://eyeseework.blogspot.in/2012/02/hire-as-wise-people-do.html
