I like the creativity, but that is the most ridiculous thing I've ever read. You can't be serious! What about all of the savings delivered to a company's bottom line by litigation avoidance? What about providing employees with a voice so that they can remain loyal, engaged, and productive? Take HR away, and all you will get is chaos, employers would take advantage of human beings even more than now. While you are at it, why not remove the "double tax" of prohibiting slavery or civil rights, and allow employers to go back to the days when they could do whatever they wanted?
