Advisory services can take the form of a day of messaging validation, an evaluation of HRTech strategy, ongoing assistance with product development.

    Currently, we offer three onsite workshops:

    • Practical Planning and Implementation for HR AI Projects
      Led by the team of John Sumser and Heather Bussing, this day-long workshop includes a review of intelligent tools in HR, a simulation of bias in digital models, a strategy for harnessing the recommendations of intelligent systems, and an exercise in road-mapping a department level intelligent tools game plan.
    • Market Landscape
      HRTech is a complex and fragmented marketplace. Its many niches are filled with vendors offering solutions to fix specific problems. The workshop examines the 100 different types of HR Software and their market-specific utility.
    • Messaging and Positioning
      Messaging and Positioning are the twin disciplines needed to communicate your value in contemporary settings. This day long workshop is useful for groups ranging from Recruitment Marketing / Employment Branding to vendors with go to market challenges.
  • Research
    HRExaminer is a research company at heart. We investigate aspects of the HRTechnology ecosystem with the objective of illuminating things for vendors and practitioners. You can see some of the work in our (mostly free) reports section. We develop research projects in collaboration with clients.
  • Publications
