Helping to Optimize the Recruiter’s Experience

The Recruiting Service Innovation Awards (ReSIs) are designed to recognize ground-breaking employment sites, applications, solutions and support vendors as well as the individuals who work for those organizations and the products and services they provide to their customers. They celebrate the innovators and innovations that optimize the recruiter’s experience. Optimization can be demonstrated by advances in productivity, timeliness of positions filled, quality of candidates recruited, cost of hire and other measures of talent acquisition performance.

The ReSIs have been established by the International Association of Employment Web Sites, the trade association for the global online employment services industry. Participation in the competition is open to all organizations worldwide that operate in that industry.
A Selection Committee of talent acquisition executives and experts and previous ReSIs winners will be empaneled to review the nominations and select the winners. Award winners will be announced at a gala awards ceremony on October 15, 2015, the night before the IAEWS Fall Congress on October 16-17, 2015.

The IAEWS Fall Congress is collocated with and immediately precedes the HRTech conference at the Mandalay Bay Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada USA.
