Ed is an entrepreneur with a deep background in Human Resources and Talent Management and currently serves as the Vice President of Client Services for Phenom People a Talent Relationship Marketing company. In 2011 he joined forces with industry colleagues as a founding board member of the Talent Board, the non profit organization responsible for the Candidate Experience Awards. Prior to this he was the founder of The Newman Group and served as its President from 1999 through 2010 which was acquired by Korn/Ferry International. Over the past 30 years he has led the development and implementation of numerous recruiting and HR technology deployments and strategic talent management initiatives for Fortune 500 companies.
