She is a registered Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) with the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (ERC), and a regular speaker at global mobility and technology conferences.

Kennedy has lived in the UK, US, Hong Kong, Singapore and India, and speaks four languages. She writes a column in the Financial Times, “Millennial vs. Boomer,” in which she discusses workplace issues confronting millennials, and contributes to Medium with the column, “Across the Ocean,” sharing insights on building a global company with headquarters in London and San Francisco. When time permits, Kennedy is an avid runner, certified yoga instructor and fixture on the London theatre scene.

Growing up, she was an elite level gymnast in the United States. Kennedy holds an MBA from London Business School and a B.A. in History from Yale University, where she won two Ivy League Championships on the Division One gymnastics team.
