What is the hardest lesson you’ve learned in working with others?

“Lessons. Fuck sake. I like conflict. I expect people to be bright. I expect people to easily flow from one reference to another. I expect people to think on their feet. Turns out, I have a lot of expectations. I’m usually misunderstood as an asshole but truth is I’m not…I just don’t want to waste time.” – William Tincup
