Data sourcing, quality, and control are at the heart of this enterprise. Currently, SwoopTalent does a spectacular job of managing the quality of large volumes of sourcing data.

Paychex is demonstrating that large databases and broad-spectrum utilization of ‘AI’ tools can strengthen existing operations.

Oleeo is the fifth of twelve organizational profiles appearing on The HRExaminer 2020 Watchlist. Oleeo focuses on candidate engagement from when someone enters the recruiting pipeline. They provide tools and applications that handle the entire range of functions from interviewing to candidate relationship management and events. Oleeo has the distinct advantage of large data stores and long-term relationships with customers and they seem to be using these advantages more effectively than some.
